About Sharon
My name is Sharon and I am so pleased to meet you.
I love meeting people from all around the world and have been so grateful to have found yoga in my life that I want to spread this knowledge.
Yoga has helped me with not only my physical health but has also given me the tools to learn how to better cope with the challenges that life brings us.
There is no better time than now to begin a yoga practice and I want to help you on your journey.
I have students who are young and flexible to students who are in their older years and have lots of limitations and I adapt my teaching to my students needs rather than expecting my students to follow me.
My students have fun in my classes - there is time for smiles and laughter as well as quiet silence where we can focus on our breath.
The practice of yoga brings an energy back into our body that can be experienced in all ages and abilities.

I design my style of yoga teaching based on the needs of my students - not what poses look the best! I like to get to know what my students want from their practice, if they are a complete beginner or if they want to progress their practice.
I love to see my students grow in confidence and also see the physical adaptations as their practice continues.
I believe everyone can practice yoga, no matter their age, shape or capabilities.
I am down to earth, I get my students to feel at ease quite quickly and this means that they are in a relaxed state of mind.
My classes are 1 hour sessions which gives us time to cultivate a calm mind, learn how to breathe correctly and also feel the freedom of movement in our yoga postures.
I am a 200 hours qualified yoga teacher and personal trainer.
My method of teaching is based around embodiment, learning what works best for your body and mindful movement.
My classes are not fast paced which gives the student time to breath and feel each movement and the energy it brings to the body.

Sharon is a wonderfully relaxed teacher who got two amateurs with no previous yoga experience to some really advanced moves over 3 months . Flexible and professional , would recommend to anybody .
I have know Sharon for just over a year now. And have found her very helpful on when I have hurt my self though over doing it. She has explained how just going a few excise a day would help. And I have put my trust in her experience, and yes it all worked out good in the end.
