About Hannah
With a medical/healthcare background, I rediscovered my connection with yoga when working on covid frontline wards at a big London hospital in 2020 and the sense of calm that it brought when everything else was in flux. Prior to this, I was mainly drawn to the physical aspects of yoga. I am trained in vinyasa, Hatha and Rocket yoga which I teach alongside my role as a Voice Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

With a background in treating clinical voice problems, I am fascinated by the mind-body connection and experienced in mindful and meditative practices in a variety of contexts. My mission is to demystify yoga and bring a sense of playfulness. Come with an open heart and mind and the rest with follow.
