About Alexandra
I found yoga 8 years ago in the midst of some big life changes. On the mat, I discovered a new way to quiet my mind, heal my body, and set my soul on fire. In the midst of 2020, I decided I wanted to share the benefits of yoga with as many people as I could. I acquired a 200hr certification from Uptown Yoga in Dallas and fell even more in love with the history & fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga. I have since began teaching to friends, family, and associates; excited to spread that net wider into my community. Anyone, regardless of experience, can reap the rewards yoga has to offer.

Following an initial consultation to establish your goals & needs: All Level Vinyasa yoga begins with establishing a mind body connection through breath work, meditation, and intentional movement. We will flow from pose to pose guided with deliberate breath. You can expect a fully balanced class with benefits to the mind, body, & soul catered to your level of experience.
