About Andra
My Journey to Inner Peace and Wellness My journey towards inner peace has been filled with valuable lessons that I’m excited to share with you. I started exploring psychology for answers, but life led me in a new direction when a personal health challenge opened the door to the healing power of nutrition, yoga, and mindfulness. It felt like discovering a hidden path to true wellness. As I found myself in a career that didn’t align with my values, the pandemic became a turning point, pushing me to embrace holistic health. I immersed myself in yoga, studying under Sianna Sherman, who reignited my passion for the human mind. Along the way, I deepened my understanding of wellness through additional studies at the Hippocrates Institute and IIN. This eventually led me to pursue a Master's in Psychology and Neuroscience at King’s College London. Now, with a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection, I’m here to help others who are looking for a balanced, sustainable approach to well-being. I’ve learned that our emotional state, nutrition, energy, and thoughts are all connected, and finding balance takes more than just knowledge—it requires a compassionate guide and a supportive space for growth. As Lao Tzu said, “To attain knowledge, add things daily; to attain wisdom, remove things every day.” My journey is ongoing, and I’m passionate about sharing the insights and breakthroughs that have transformed my life. Initial 30-minute Zoom calls are offered on Mondays and Tuesdays both am and pm times, and in-person and online classes between Monday and Saturday. Studio hire is available for £20 in the Monument (Bank) and Marylebone area.
