About Jordana

My Hatha Yoga classes intend to connect you with who you are, mind, body, and soul; to cultivate discipline, increase flexibility, develop strength and balance, overcome fears, manifest a positive attitude, and most of all connect you with Spirit. For it is though the combination of asana and mindfulness that we can silence the mind and practice living in the present moment, by embracing and becoming aware of our sensations, thoughts, and emotions, without judgement, as a means to open and reveal ourselves.
Classes are Sivananda based, with influences from Jivamukti, Iyengar, and Ashtanga. They fuse the elements of strength, balance, and flexibility, with a strong practice of Mindfulness Meditation. We practice sun salutation, pranayama breathing exercises, asanas, and a final relaxation. Asanas are held for a long time so you can receive the most benefits from the postures, calm the nervous system, and connect with your natural meditative state. My classes are open to all levels and are as challenging as you want them to be, encouraging you to listen to your intuitive self.

My Alchemy Yoga classes are Sivananda based, with influences from Jivamukti, Iyengar, and Ashtanga. They fuse the elements of strength, balance, and flexibility, with a meditative flow, focusing on affirmations. My Alchemy Yoga classes intend to connect you with who you are, mind, body, and soul; to cultivate discipline, increase flexibility, develop strength and balance, overcome fears, manifest a positive attitude, and most of all connect you with your higher Self.
People have described my massages as deep on a profound level, yet with a subtle touch. My intention is to be a catalyst for you to let go and relax, and if possible enter into alpha state, where true healing on an energetic level takes place, and your body, mind, and soul’s self-healing mechanisms align you with your higher Self. My bodywork is an intuitive combination of the following modalities, depending on your personal needs; Swedish Massage, Pre and Post-Natal Massage, Thai Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology and Reiki. My Integrative Nutrition consultations are customized specifically to your health needs. Learn how your diet may be affecting your current state of health. Learn how to lose weight naturally, gain energy, understand food cravings, stop food addictions, achieve healthy sleep patterns, and heal yourself of aches, pains, and dis-ease. Consultations incorporate the five elements of ether, air, fire, water, and earth, through proper diet, exercise, breathing techniques, relaxation, and various other methods to bring you back to a state of balance. Prevention, health maintenance, high-level wellness, and longevity are all emphasized.
I offer spiritual support for those wanting to connect and align with their higher Self. We address issues such as manifesting your reality, valuing what you have, developing a positive attitude, living with generosity, listening to your intuition, clearing your mind, having gratitude, listening to the signs around you, ethical living, finding purpose and meaning in life, self study, teaching by example, taking responsibility, living without judgment, devotion to service, authenticity, transparency, sharing, intimacy, faith, and joining a new collective reality. I work with journaling, positive affirmations, changing belief system patterns, ethical living, taking responsibility for the creation of your reality, understanding that you have the power to change your reality, and following a path of Self-Realization.
