About Eva CosmicYoga
Trained in Vinyasa Yoga by Pradeep Tiwari Laurence Schroeder, I graduated after 500 hours+ in this discipline. I also followed a training in Yin Yoga, which is more oriented towards relaxation, as well as in sound Yoga. I teach mainly at community centers and at home. I started working with several Parisian studios and started my own business five years ago. I also regularly organize workshops and Yoga retreats.

My method follows the teachings of Gérard Arnaud, the founder of dynamic Yoga in France. The Yoga I offer aims at harmonizing the physical, mental and spiritual grounds in the practitioner. I can give classes in English, French, Spanish and Italian.
