I hv a certificate in yoga and alternative therapies and 2 yrs of experience in teaching all abt yoga , meditation, other therapies like- naturopathy, pranic healing, accupressure, marma therapy, I hv been a member of a community which hlpd me personally too nd I learnt a way from them to tackle yr every day negative thoughts, stress and sleeping disorders

It's always use my own patterns, I watch over my students nd observe nd give them practice accordingly , im never just stick to my learning or training methods of teaching my subject but I use my mind my instincts and my personal awareness to keep my clients hppy and healthy
