About Brianna
I started practicing yoga when I was a teenager, off and on, but grew more seriously about the practice in my early 20's; Overall, I have been practicing for about 11 years. I have mainly worked in a one-on-one setting teaching; yoga, HIIT, and other workout styles. However, I have grown increasingly interested in teaching parent/child yoga, and kids yoga, as I have a 5 year-old daughter, myself.

I prefer to teach beginner and intermediate level students.
One-on-one or small groups are of preference.
I am also interested in teaching parent/child classes, as I think it is important for children to be active and aware of yoga/meditation, as a tool for stress, anxiety and mental and emotional health and growth.
I am not an intimidating teacher and I will not push you past what you are comfortable doing. :)
