About Natalia
Natasha is an ERYT-500, YACEP, RYS-200, Meditation Coach, and certified Ayurveda Wellness Counselor. Her core practice is trust in Nature and its laws, guiding clients to draw their strength from what is already available within. She specializes in therapeutic application of yoga to heal anxiety, damage of stress, and chronic inflammation.
Natasha’s core mission is INTEGRITY: physical (spine, digestion, core), mental (calm, focus, willpower), emotional (ability to handle life and grow in self-relfection).
Natasha believes that our challenges are our greatest wealth - ours to enjoy and transform into strength, growth and freedom.
She teaches classical yoga - with focus on function rather than form and with belief in simplicity of practice being the most healing of its qualities.
