About Marcia
I've been guiding lessons of group and private for 18months. In Australia and overseas. I've delivered classes for small and large retreats.
My journey has seen me studying in India, Thailand, Ecuador and USA on the yoga path.
My other experience and background is Shamanic healing, Reiki level 3, Sound healing and journeying with Gongs and guided meditation.

When I guide a class it is for the benefit of those present. I sense intuitively or through small discussion what the physical, emotional and mental needs may be at that particular time.
I like to begin with meditation and an intention setting so there is something to focus our energy toward creating.
