About Diptanshu
I am a certified yoga teacher who has done 500 hrs of YTT from Bodsphere Yoga School which is a Registered Yoga School under Yoga Alliance.
I believe in making yoga fun for yogis of all levels by incorporating flows in my classes.
I am also a ISSA (INTERNATIONAL SPORTS SCIENCES ASSOCIATION) Certified Personal Trainer.
I am also a Holistic Nutrition Coach under NASM (NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SPORTS MEDICINE), AFAA (ATHLETICS AND FITNESS ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA), & IAOTH (INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF THERAPISTS).
