About Rishika
I am a BCom graduate student. I have finished my 500 hours Hatha Yoga Master Training from the Yoga Alliance International. I take both group and individual classes. I teach for all age groups. I have a 1 year experience in training.

My teaching methodology is staring off with simple warm up stretches some balancing poses, surya namaskara. I get to know my clients before taking classes. I understand if they are going through any ailments or if they were out of surgery recently.
