About Debo
I discovered Yoga 5 years ago after a particular year. Last year, I therefore completed a month-long yoga teacher training (HATA / ASHTANGA) in India, in Rishikesh, the cradle of Yoga. I now combine my professional life and my passion until the day when I could devote myself fully to sharing this wonderful practice, this art of living.

Everyone can do YOGA and YOGA is for everyone! I had the chance to practice with beginners Yogis and also with confirmed Yogis: I adapt to you. During our first contact, we will determine what your desires are (What type of Yoga? First approach or Yogi confirmed? Recurrence or not?) In order to prepare this first session so that it corresponds to you and brings you the most well being and possible sensations. Generally my sessions start with a short meditation period, to anchor in our session, then comes the practice of asanas. These are successions of more or less rapid movements where we focus on our breathing and on the sequence of these postures. Then we end with a moment of relaxation. I try each course to bring you a little bit of Indian stories, traditions and legends.

je vous la recommande vraiment !!!J'ai toujours eu de super cours avec Débo, que ce soit en visio (confinement oblige!) ou en physique. Elle sait s'adapter à notre niveau tout en donnant envie d'aller plus loin et sait corriger les postures pour nous faire progresser, mais en prenant en compte les limites du corp (souplesse etc).
Ses cours sont dynamiques et joyeux donc c'est un vrai plaisir à chaque fois !
