Mon premier cours de Yoga avec Delphine ! Très attentive à la posture et à chacun. Elle pouvait aussi nous expliquer d'où venait le yoga et la signification des mouvements, c'est super intéressant !
Merci beaucoup! :)J'ai fait des cours avec Delphine et elle prend en compte les éventuelles particularités de chacun pour adapter les mouvements sans martiriser notre corps mais en l'amenant toutefois au résultat escompté
