Hi! I'm Selina :)
I have been practicing Yoga for over 7 years and have recently completed my Teacher Training! I have experience working with children in childcare centers, schools, and as a nanny. I can't wait to get to know you and create a welcoming space for you to get to know your mind and body through the practice of yoga and meditation. Namaste.

I have been practicing yoga for 7+ years, and have developed a strong connection to the Vinyasa Yoga practice. With over 350 hours of Yoga Teacher Training completed, I feel confident and excited to bring you fun, mindful yoga classes with awesome sequences that will both challenge, and nourish your body, wherever you are at in your Yoga journey!
I have relevant experience in providing connection and training for children ages 2 to adults of 70+!
