About Astrid
I took a pilates course in 2015 (STOTT Pilates, Jakarta) and in 2019 I went to Agonda, India, to take a 200HRS yoga course Ashtanga-Vinyasa (Sampoorna Yoga) Teaching experience in the studio, private and group. My teaching style has a primary focus on spinal health and mindful movements, balancing movement with breathing at the same time. Focus is needed to prevent injury. I will ask your medical history. Instructions will be given in detail according to the needs of the body; discipline is needed to get optimal results.

Looking for a local teacher with fluent English, I did several sessions with Astrid. She is very detailed in her instructions and also kept in mind my limitations due to my knee injuries, customizing our exercises. A great teacher mixing knowledge and fun!
