About Girija
I am a Yoga Alliance internationally certified yoga teacher with specialized certifications in Bala Yoga (Kids Yoga) and Senior Yoga. I have over 5 years of experience teaching yoga to children, adults, and senior citizens, helping them improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life.
In addition to my yoga teaching experience, I bring over 12 years of professional experience in the IT industry. This background has given me firsthand insight into the challenges of stress, work-life balance, and maintaining physical and mental wellness in demanding environments. Through yoga, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and relaxation practices, I help students develop healthier lifestyles and greater emotional resilience.
I have successfully guided children and families in developing mindfulness, self-confidence, focus, and the skills needed to navigate everyday challenges. My teaching philosophy is centered on creating a positive, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment where every student feels comfortable, empowered, and inspired. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, and I strive to help each individual reconnect with their inner joy, curiosity, and sense of well-being.

I am a Yoga Alliance internationally certified yoga teacher with more than 4 years of teaching experience. I offer personalized online and in-person yoga sessions for children, adults, and seniors. My classes focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance, posture, breathing techniques (Pranayama), mindfulness, and overall well-being. I create a supportive and encouraging environment tailored to each student's age, goals, and fitness level.
