About Laura
For years, I worked solely on the body, flying as an aerial acrobat. Then, several years in India, dedicated to self-inquiry. Today, I teach what I practice: conscious breathing, self-inquiry, and active meditation. I guide you with a personalized, practical, and no-frills approach, allowing you to look within honestly.
