Hi, I am Luke.
I have spent over 20 years working across recruitment, HR and workforce strategy in Australia, supporting individuals, leaders and businesses across a range of industries.
Over that time, I have reviewed thousands of resumes, been directly involved in hiring decisions, and worked closely with hiring managers and executives to understand what actually gets people hired.
Most people are not lacking experience. They are just not positioning themselves properly or approaching the market in the right way.
That is where I help.
I work with individuals who want clear, practical guidance on how to secure roles, improve their resume and LinkedIn profile, prepare for interviews, and navigate the job market with more confidence.
I also support professionals and founders with recruitment strategy, hiring approach, and building teams properly from the ground up.
