I am a licensed dietician (BSc nutrition and dietetics) and current MSc student studying Nutrition for Global Health. I have done a hospital internship as well as worked in a clinical setting and am now providing online diet consultations and helping people improve their eating

I like to have interactive classes. I would be doing plenty of myth busting and questions and answers and teaching practical skills which student can apply to their day to day eating. I would also focus on the science behind the benefits if certain nutrients and how to optimise your health
