About Ashleigh
Hello! My name is Ashleigh but you can call me Ash :) I spent 10 years as an elite gymnast, travelled and performed in 30 countries as a professional acrobat (think Cirque Du Soleil!) and acquired my yoga teacher-training qualification in amongst there as well! I am extremely passionate about functional movement and helping people move better to feel better :) I am also a full-time Psychology student, allowing me to better understand the mutual relationship between good physical and mental health. Quality over quantity! I will help you safely build your strength, mobility and flexibility whilst remaining mindful of pain/injury management and prevention. I can assist you with 1:1 movement coaching, workout programs, yoga flows, mindfulness tips and overall lifestyle improvements. I keep lessons fun and am a great active listener to learn what you like; I believe enjoying exercise is the key to keeping it consistent! I also specialise in handstands/hand balance so if you've always wanted to learn how to hold a headstand/handstand; you're in the right place!

I highly recommend training under Ashleigh's guidance; she is so experienced and goes above and beyond to make your sessions enjoyable and rewarding. She also keeps you safe from injuries with attention to correct technique.
Ashleigh helped me lose weight, strengthen weak muscles and improve my self-confidence.
