About Maya
Hi! I'm Maya. I'm half Thai and half Serbian, but grew up in Belgrade, Serbia. My parents enrolled me in the French School of Belgrade when I was 3 years old, and I just graduated July 2025. I'm now a freshman at the University of Connecticut, and love teaching my friends French, so hopefully I can teach you guys too!

- I understand students are bound to get bored with only me telling them what to do. I like to use memes and videos, and colourful images, and games, to help them learn
- Typically I ask students speak about their day asking in French questions. Then, I ask them to read a short text and answer some questions on it. Lastly,I like to practice all the stuff we learned over time.
- These lessons are for students anywhere from kindergarten to middle school and beginning of high school
