About Namsaknoi
Experienced Boxing Coach – 15 Years as a Pro Fighter & 10 Years as a Trainer Looking to improve your skills, get in shape, or discover boxing in a motivating and supportive environment? I am a former professional boxer and kickboxer with 15 years of experience in the ring, and I’ve been coaching for over 10 years. Passionate, patient, and adaptable, I work with all profiles: adults, women, children, and teens. Kids especially enjoy training with me thanks to my positive energy and patience – and the feeling is mutual! I speak 5 languages (French, English, Dutch, Spanish, Arabic), which makes communication easy with everyone. I offer private sessions or small group classes, either at your place or in my gym. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, I’ll help you grow, build confidence, and push your limits – all in a friendly and motivating atmosphere. If you want real progress and enjoyable training, I’m the coach for you!

About My Classes My boxing sessions are designed for everyone – kids, adults, men, and women – with private lessons or small groups available. Each class lasts one hour and combines fitness, technique, and fun. We start with a warm-up (running, cycling, jump rope) to activate the body. Then we move into shadowboxing to practice techniques and improve coordination. Next, we train with pads (PAO) to develop speed, power, and explosiveness. Core strength comes next with abs and push-up sets. Finally, we finish with stretching for recovery and flexibility. Every class is different to keep you motivated and progressing. Training with me helps you relieve stress, improve mobility, lose weight, get leaner, and build real confidence.
