About Nicolas

27 years old with a strong Sensorimotor Background & Multidisciplinary Sports Experience, developed through practicing many sports throughout my life.

🫀 I am passionate about Nature (hiking) and Human awareness, especially topics related to well-being, Personal Development, and neurological & physiological aspects of performance.

I believe discipline is more important than motivation. Motivation comes and goes, but discipline builds long-term results.

One day, or, Day One.

About the lesson

I am a supportive and attentive coach, always listening to my students and focusing on their well-being.

My coaching follows a Holistic Approach, considering both Physical and Mental balance.

We define a clear Goal together, taking into account your schedule and personal limits. I then guide you step by step to help you achieve it in a sustainable and effective way.
