About Lindsay
"Beginners and teens often find that the first sounds of French resemble a soft melody rather than a foreign set of rules. I have spent 13 years guiding students through the nuances of cultural context and sophisticated idioms. My background as a NAATI certified translator means I view language through a lens of technical precision. I have mentored 236 students to help them master complex dialogues and role play exercises.

"Your first session begins with a relaxed discussion to establish your current comfort level with French. Small steps matter. We move beyond simple vocabulary to explore business French and intensive exam preparation for the DELF or DALF.
I often include mock DELF papers with detailed feedback to mirror the actual testing environment. This method keeps our progress transparent and steady. My MA in Applied Linguistics helps me explain difficult expressions in ways that actually make sense.
I find that providing a clear roadmap keeps the anxiety of a new language at bay. I look forward to working together."
