Hello! I'm Christianah, a passionate and results-driven educator with over 10 years of experience teaching and mentoring students in Mathematics, Science, Coding, and Writing across K-12 and beyond. I hold a Postgraduate Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, and I've also worked in the tech industry for over 5 years, giving me a solid foundation to bridge academic learning with real-world application. Whether you're a parent seeking a patient and engaging tutor for your child, a high school student preparing for advanced coursework, or an adult learner transitioning into tech, I'm here to support your journey. I take pride in creating a safe, encouraging, and structured learning environment, tailored to each student’s pace and style. About My Teaching Approach
With a Postgraduate Degree in Education, a Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, and over 5 years of professional industry experience, I bring a practical and student-focused approach to tutoring. I specialize in helping learners truly understand coding and IT concepts—not just memorize them.
My Teaching Methodology
My sessions are designed to be interactive, personalized, and goal-oriented. I use a variety of strategies depending on the student's level, learning style, and objectives, including:
Scaffolded instruction to break down complex topics
Real-life coding examples and industry-relevant tasks
Project-based learning to build critical thinking and application skills

A Typical Lesson Plan
Each session usually includes:
Warm-up/Recap (5 mins) – Review of previous topic or a mini coding challenge
New Concept Introduction (15–20 mins) – Explanation with examples
Guided Practice (20–25 mins) – Hands-on coding or exercises together
Independent Application (10–15 mins) – Student tries similar problems or a project
Summary & Homework/Next Steps (5–10 mins) – Review key points, address questions
Lessons are always interactive, student-paced, and adjusted as needed.
