I focus on alignment and proper modifications for a safe practice and introduce effective breathing techniques that will maximize your yogic experience. My teaching method is “the slower the better” . Proper alignment prevents Injury and increases flexibility. When we move slowly we have an opportunity to hold a pose longer and give our selves time to get into proper alignment. Over time moving a bit more quick through a class will be easier and enjoyable.
