About Kita

Hi! I’m a Year 3 primary school teacher with a background in Traditional African and Caribbean Dance (BA Hons), which has given me a creative and energetic approach to teaching. After studying something I’m passionate about, I realised that what truly inspires me is working with children, supporting them, helping them grow, and being part of their learning journey every single day.

About the lesson

As a Year 3 primary teacher with experience across the full primary curriculum, I offer tutoring that supports children in all subject areas, from phonics and reading to maths and topic work. I’m kind, patient, and passionate about helping children grow in confidence and enjoy learning. I build positive relationships with every child I teach, creating a calm, encouraging environment where they feel safe to take risks and make progress. With a strong understanding of how young children learn best, I tailor each session to their needs, interests, and learning style making learning both fun and effective.
