About Savinu
I am currently a student at Reading Boys’ Grammar School, one of the top-ranked schools in the country, and I am predicted to achieve nine top GCSE grades, including a Grade 9 in Mathematics. Having recently completed my GCSEs, I have a strong and up-to-date understanding of the maths curriculum and know the techniques needed to succeed. Alongside my academic achievements, I have over two years of experience working with younger students at tutoring centres, giving me extensive experience in teaching maths in a clear, engaging, and effective way. I have helped many students improve their confidence, understanding, and performance, and I am committed to helping every student achieve their full potential. My strong academic background, recent exam experience, and proven tutoring skills make me an excellent choice for students looking to strengthen their maths abilities and achieve outstanding results.

I offer one-to-one online maths tuition for Year 7 and Year 8 students (ages 11–13), helping them build confidence and improve their understanding of this essential subject. Lessons take place on Zoom and last around one hour each day during the working week, with each session tailored to the student's individual needs and learning style. With over two years of experience tutoring younger students, I have developed effective teaching methods that make difficult topics easier to understand and help students make real progress. I also remain available outside lesson times to answer questions and provide additional support when needed. My aim is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, strengthening their maths skills, and reaching their full potential.
