About Sophie
I tutor Geography from 11+ GCSE/iGCSE level to IB level - for me tutoring is a wonderful opportunity to share my knowledge and passion for this subject with my tutees.
I study the International Baccalaureate at Godolphin and Latymer School with a high predicted score (45) and a predicted grade 7 in Geography. I currently have a place at Yale University where I am looking to study Environmental Studies and Physics in a liberal arts curriculum.
I am also happy to tutor for the ACT exam; I obtained a score of 35 out of 36 scoring in the 99.9% percentile of all applicants.
I have previously voluntarily tutored students at Year 5 level for 11+ exam preparation as well as Further Maths GCSE. I lead Geography Society at school organising and facilitating discussions on a wide variety of topics.

I tutor Geography in a structured and productive manner, ensuring lessons are always filled with nuggets of information for case studies.
All of this is designed to help my students reach the top grade in GCSE or IGCSE Geography and IB Geography. All my lessons are highly personalised and are based around the needs of my students. As a tutor I am approachable, engaging and very knowledgeable having completed these exams recently myself.
