About Nikita
I am a Cambridge University student doing an MPhil in Education. I have 2 years of experience providing welfare support as Director of an Edinburgh-based cooperative promoting sustainability and circular economy. I have had training in facilitation, active listening, organisational reflection and conflict mediation, all of which my role at the co-op involved. I have a further 2 years of experience providing welfare support to over 250 undergraduates at the University of Edinburgh who struggled with a range of issues like homesickness, fear of inadequacy, drug addiction and anxiety. Besides that, informally I have been meditating for about 17 years.

My methodology is unusually simple, yet I find it to be the most effective of all. I know how safe, easy conversations can make people feel stronger, happier and more confident to tap into the best versions of themselves. And so that’s what I offer. You take the lead, I provide a listening ear, an alternative perspective, a word of advice, or a guided meditation- whatever combination of these you prefer. It’s like therapy, but without the added baggage.
