About Megan
After struggling with a general unhealthy relationship with food, I decided to teach myself all the ins and outs of dieting. I have made meal plans for many people of different sizes and had lessons myself in nutrition and safe dieting.

I am a journalism student by day but in my spare time, I love to research basic health and nutrition. I believe that dieting starts with the mind and that food shouldn't be seen as a reward or punishment, just basic fuel. I have tried all the crazy diets out there but my research so far has led me to the healthy lifestyle I lead today. I am more about food, self-care and a calm approach to exercise and I will take everything about you into consideration before I give any advice.
