About Maria
I have the pleasure to write about my experiences that have prepared me to focus on my teaching career.
First of all, I earned a bachelor's Diploma in Elementary Education which I completed in my home country El Salvador. I taught the 2nd, 5th, and Pre-School grades before I moved to the United States. Once I established my life in Utah, I re-initiated my teaching career for secondary education at Dixie State University and accomplished my degree of Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. I earned my Secondary Education Teaching License (5) years ago. I have been teaching in a classroom for about four years, from a private high school to one-on-one and a group of seven students. They achieved excellent grades, great pronunciation, outstanding vocabulary, and grammar in their writing.

I like to open their mind by providing them with great strategies and the necessary tools to achieve their goals in the target language they are acquiring.
