About Vaishnavi
Hello! I am a passionate yoga practitioner with over 6 years of experience in Hatha Yoga and Pranayama. My journey with yoga began at a young age in class 5th randomly but soon it became an important activity, and over the years it has helped me improve not only my physical health but also my focus, confidence, and inner calm.
I started teaching yoga while I was in Class 10, guiding students of different age groups and learning how to adapt classes to individual needs. Having recently completed my 12th grade, I am excited to continue sharing the knowledge and benefits that yoga has brought into my life.
I want to teach because I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. Whether your goal is to reduce stress, improve flexibility, build strength, or simply feel healthier and more balanced, I would be happy to support you on your journey. My aim is to create a friendly, comfortable learning environment where every student can grow at their own pace and enjoy the process.

My classes are designed to make yoga simple, practical, and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of age or experience. Rather than focusing only on poses, I emphasize proper breathing, relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness. Each session is adapted to the student's needs and pace, helping them build confidence, reduce stress, improve posture, and develop healthy habits that last beyond the class. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and able to see real progress in both their physical and mental well-being.
