About Chance
I began my career at 18 as a paraeducator in a special education classroom, which sparked my passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and those facing everyday challenges. I earned my professional teaching license from Weber State University and later completed a Master’s in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. From 2014 to 2021, I worked in the public school system, gaining extensive experience in education, and transitioned to the private sector from 2021 to 2023. My passion lies in teaching and enhancing the lives of the learners I work with, fostering growth and success through individualized support and care.

With over 10 years of experience working with individuals with a range of disabilities, from mild to severe, I am dedicated to fostering learning through joy, empowerment, and compassion. My approach emphasizes the use of innovative, non-traditional methods to help learners grasp foundational concepts and build toward more complex skills. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, I am highly skilled in adapting my teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each learner. I teach Math, Reading, and Writing.
