Among all the yoga styles, my favorites are Hatha yoga and Yin yoga. Hatha yoga focuses on postures and breath control, enhancing flexibility, balance, and core strength. On the other hand, Yin yoga emphasizes deep stretching and cultivating resilience. In my yoga classes, I incorporate the therapeutic sound of singing bowls during Yin yoga sessions, allowing participants to achieve a state of complete relaxation.
