The best teaching method is the one that your students respond to. A master teacher adjusts his or her methods and strategies in response to his or her students' ability to learn the material being presented. I can propose that direct instruction is best used when working with students below grade level.As a professional teacher I am caring, passionate, enthusiastic and excited about providing engaging and challenging learning experiences. My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. In my classroom I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling education in order to be productive and valuable members of society. I take on a holistic, flexible and differentiated pedagogical approach to teaching, to allow for inclusivity within my classroom domains. I strongly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to pedagogy and learning. Therefore, I constantly need to know my students backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures, religions and capabilities to provide quality and engaging learning experiences to engage and challenge all students
