About Danilo
I have been a Personal Trainer for years and I work with all types of people (from man to woman, from sports to sedentary, etc.) who aspire to achieve their desired physical form (and performance). The results can be seen from the first session. I also take care of the NUTRITION adapting my experience, and my results, to the individual needs. I will monitor your results every 30 days with my professional impedance balance (lean mass, metabolic age, metabolism, etc.); the value of each session with the scale (€ 100 per session) is only free to my Personal customers.
