About Ishita
Hello, I'm Ishita Saha, a passionate Biology educator with a strong academic background in Biology. During my educational journey, I conducted research for a dissertation in reproductive endocrinology. Gained exposure to fundamental concepts about Biology and developed knowledge. Why should the students choose me as their tutor? I, myself being a student of Biology, am well-versed with the challenges students face while learning Biology, whether it's helping to memorize details or connecting with concepts. So I will try to blend academic rigor with friendly teaching to let the students feel free to share their doubts. As I myself have faced the peer pressure of Board exams, so as an experienced tutor I can share the tips and tricks to score higher. My classes are designed to curate minds in the field of Biology through lucid explanation. As an educator, it is my duty to unleash the curiosity of every student. My classes will be based on strong fundamentals and exam success for students of Class 9 - 12, CBSE/ICSE/State Boards, through a concept-oriented approach. First, I will evaluate the student's current knowledge level and their goals. Next is the most important task to simplify the concepts with organized explanations from books and real-life examples. My teaching method will inculcate diagrams, flow charts, and mnemonics for an easy grasp. Regular question-answer sessions with interesting quizzes and practice tests to strengthen learning and boost confidence. Summarizing key points and asking students to create mind maps for quick revision before the exam. Preparing analytical questions so as to test the applicable knowledge of students.
