About Diana
I found yoga over 15 years ago and have been teaching yoga for 10 years. With lineage from Kripalu, I believe yoga is for all bodies with influence from Dianne Bondy. Seated yoga, floor yoga, standing, it’s all possible. No need to exclude yourself.
