About Shahid
My name is Shahid, my journey into the fitness world began when I was 11 going to 12, I was 140kg, asthmatic, and broke a sweat walking from the front door to the front gate. So I was mentally and physically in a bad state, so something had to change.
I first decided what I wanted my end goal to look like initially and chose someone whose physic fitted my particular body type and learned by studying his behavior, diet, and training schedules while adjusting to a baseline of what I was actually physically capable till I was able to gain the endurance, stamina and muscle capacity to lift heavier loads, was more agile and run a good distant all without having an effect on my asthma, in fact making it almost non-existent.
So with a sense of confidence, I set on my way to learn as much as I could on different training styles and methodologies and enroll in a personal training course and haven't looked back since.

Students will how to identify the different body types, understand the nutritional value of each body type, learn how to train for each individual, and create workouts & nutritional plans for clients depending on the client's end goals as well as keep track of weight, calories, endurance, and overall fitness.
I make the lessons fun and theories really easy to understand and concepts of training, nutrition, fitness, and motivation exceptionally exciting, So each lesson is fun, practical and easy to grasp.
