About Lucie
Hi everyone! I'm Lucie and I am a student currently studying at french school in grade 11. I was born in France and I have grown up speaking french and going to french schools. If you want to improve your writing skills or your reading skills, choose me, because I have always been good at it. If you want to learn French or already started a bit, choose me, because I have already taught a few children that had never learned french and today, they are all doing well in their class. So, I am the perfect tutor to teach you french if you want to learn it properly, smartly and easily!

I am a person who's really patient. I have always had good grades in French, especially in my written production. Like I said, I would be mostly teaching speaking, listening and writing to children in elementary school till grade 8 or french beginners.
For the speaking part, I will one by one teach the student how to pronounce every single group of words, for example : an, on, é, etc. When the student will be fluent enough, I'll start with some little reading accompagnied by me.
For the listening part, I will find some short cartoon videos, for the beginners, we will start listening to it without subtitles, then with some subtitles and I will make pauses in-between to explain a bit the story in general. For the advanced students, I will make them listen to some audio giving actual informations about the society. I will also make a questionnaire to verify if they understood the listening.
Finally, for the writing part, I will be teaching how to write a good essay depending on what type the school or they ask for. I will obviously teach them some grammar lessons depending on how far they are in their french learning. Every week, I will give them an assignment to do as homework.
