My Approach: Deep Self-Discovery Through Dialogue, Not Labels
My sessions aren't about telling you who you are—they're about helping you discover it yourself. I use personality frameworks like MBTI, Enneagram, and Jungian cognitive functions, but not as fixed labels. I believe your type doesn't change—but I also reject the common stereotypes like "thinkers are emotionless" or "feelers are irrational" or "sensors are stuck in the past." I look at the foundational cores of each model, not the surface-level clichés.
What you can expect from me:
· I listen—truly listen. I'll never get tired of hearing you out, no matter how long it takes. Your voice matters here.
· I make time for you. This isn't a rushed session; it's a space where you're fully heard.
· I don't just teach—I help you explore your depth, layer by layer. Each session builds on the last, with reviews and reflections to track your growth.
· Unlike consultants or those who ignore others' perspectives, I stand beside you like a friend—I listen completely, I share my thoughts, and I do my best to help you in the best way possible.
· My goal is to make you independent of me—even if that means transferring all my knowledge to you.
How a typical session works:
1. We start with a conversation about what's on your mind—any challenge, confusion, or curiosity you're carrying.
2. I introduce one or two frameworks relevant to what you're experiencing (never more than two per session to keep it clear).
3. I explain the model, you listen, and then with my guidance, you make your own choice about what resonates with you.
4. If your choice differs from mine, that's completely fine—I'll review and explain once more, not to change your mind, but to help you understand deeper.
5. We identify patterns, emotions, or beliefs that might be holding you back.
6. We end with a practical takeaway—a small action or shift you can apply in your daily life.
7. In following sessions, we review what you've learned and go even deeper. If needed, we can start from zero again—but I'll always put my full effort into improving your state as much as possible.
What makes my method different:
· I don't diagnose; I reflect. You'll never hear me say "you are this type." Instead, I'll ask "does this feel like you?"
· I don't lecture; I listen. Every session is shaped by your needs, not my script.
· I offer various teachings and practical tools—not just theory, but real ways to grow.
· I understand the teenage mind because I'm living it too. I know what it's like to struggle with identity, family, emotions, and social pressures—and I know how to grow through them.
· I'm patient, present, and fully engaged. No distraction, no judgment—just honest connection.
· After each session, I may review our conversation in my mind to see if I can find new insights for you—because your growth matters to me.
· My goal is your independence. I want you to walk away with tools to understand yourself without needing anyone to tell you who you are.
