About Cecily
I am a dedicated singing tutor with 12 years of experience, having taught 150–200 students from beginners to advanced performers. My teaching philosophy emphasizes personalized learning, tailoring lessons to a student’s goals, abilities, and pace. I combine technical training with creative exercises to help students build skill, confidence, and artistic expression.
In my lessons, students work on breath control, pitch, tone, rhythm, and stage presence. I integrate structured exercises with creative activities to make learning enjoyable, effective, and inspiring. Beyond technique, I encourage emotional expression and musical interpretation to help students connect deeply with their songs.
Known for my patience, empathy, and motivating teaching style, I provide a supportive environment where students feel empowered to explore their voice and reach their full potential. My mission is to help students discover their unique voice and cultivate a lifelong love of singing.

Communication is clear and friendly. I explain techniques such as breathing, pitch control, tone shaping, posture, and vocal expression in easy steps. Feedback is consistent to encourage steady progress.
Collaboration is key in my lessons. Students participate in planning sessions, selecting songs, and setting achievable goals. In addition to Singing, I teach supportive subjects such as rhythm basics, ear training, music fundamentals, and stage performance skills.
