About Lucy
I've been teaching vocals for three years, to students at varying levels - from early beginners to advanced singers. Through working together on repertoire and tailor-made exercises, I have helped students pass graded vocals exams (Rockschool, ABRSM) from grades 1-4.

I specialise in Pop and modern music, and have extensive industry experience. My original material has received radioplay on BBC Radio 1 and reached #10 in the Spotify UK Viral Chart in the summer of 2017.
My aim is to base my lessons around you and what you enjoy, whilst also providing you with a solid foundation of technique and performance tips, to put into practise in your everyday singing.
A typical first lesson would include an evaluation of what is most important to you regarding; repertoire, what techniques you want to learn, what type of music you like, are there any songs in particular you would like to sing, and what I can do for you as a vocal coach.
As a working musician who gigs regularly, I have a great understanding of vocal technique, the anatomy of vocal folds, vocal health, confidence issues and performance aspects.
