About Greicy
I am a Venezuelan Chef, I grew up in the city of Caracas - Venezuela.
I have worked in restaurants of all kinds of food, gastronomic fairs, bakeries, events, gastronomic shows.
I dedicate myself to cooking for love of culture and the gastronomic world, I teach gastronomy since 2018, I teach my love for food and ingredients with passion without forgetting culinary techniques, theory and practice.
Each class for me is different, it is full of energy, it doesn't matter if the apprentice is inexperienced or advanced, the important thing is to fall in love with the dish, its origin, its history.
