About HL Tutoring Services
I have taught music in schools across both key stage 1 & 2, taught whole class violin lessons as well as running a school choir. The violinists had many opportunities to perform. I understand the importance of ensuring correct technique right from the very beginning, as well as lessons being fun and enjoyable.
Students will gain musical knowledge, learn correct violin technique and find out how to care for their instrument. Learner violinists will also learn and develop skills in performance, pitch and co-ordination, to name but a few skills. I feel that music is a very important part of life; it brings joy and happiness. This can be achieved, whatever your age or ability.
I always have space for new students so please get in touch!

I have been teaching as a fully qualified teacher since 1998. I possess (BA) Hons degree, a Primary PGCE, a TEFL certificate and a Trinity CertTESOL.
I have been responsible for music within schools due to my role as music co-ordinator. I am also a member of a local orchestra within this area.
Teaching is my passion; whether the students are young children or adults.
I specialise in teaching complete beginners to intermediate level.

£22.50-£40 per hour depending on how many lessons are booked.
Book via the online booking system to save £s.
Prices:
A block of 4 (x 1 hour) lessons £140 or a single lesson (x 1 hour) £40
Cheaper prices are available with 'pricing plan' packages.
Extra travel expenses are incurred if you require tuition at your chosen location. Most people prefer having lessons at my location of LS5, Leeds. It is much cheaper this way.
