About Kelly
Hello!
I'm Kelly and I'm from Canada. I'm a violinist and pianist and had taught for 14 years. I started teaching visual impaired students, and further gained many teaching experience teaching in Peru, Canada, Spain and Japan.
I hold two performance diplomas from Trinity College, London and I'm currently studying at the Irish World Academy, which I'm enjoying so much! I began playing the piano and classical violin, then expanded to Celtic fiddling where I studied under Denis Lanctot in Ottawa. I have the opportunity to have toured with orchestras since 2004 in North America, Australia, New Zealand and Asia, and has won awards in music festivals in Hong Kong and New York. I hope to contribute to the music community here in Ireland for the next chapter of my life!

The last 10 years I have prepared students for competitions, music festivals and music exams (Royal Conservatory of Music, YAMAHA and ABRSM). I have experience teaching from ages 3 - 75, and have amazing time with group classes as well!
I'm patient, fun, and have experiences with students from all around the world. I design lessons according to each individual, and have extensive collection of materials to guarantee an enjoyable lesson.
