We all live such stimulated and busy lives where our minds rarely get to switch off. Yoga can be a time out for you to move and connect your mind & body. I teach with a strong focus on the breath throughout movements, this is at the core of what yoga is all about. If we aren’t breathing, we aren’t truly doing yoga. The power of our breath is a magical thing which we often don’t consciously think about but by taking a moment to focus on our breath, we can alter how we feel. I can’t wait to share this with you!

I had the pleasure of joining one of Beth's yoga class and it was one of the most enjoyable yoga classes i've ever done! Beth was very considered of everyone's ability in the class and she provided many alternative safer positions for the yoga poses. Her background knowledge of yoga was extensive and she explained it in a very easy to understand way! She made yoga feel enjoyable and accessible to me and there was a considered focus on correct breathing techniques which I massively benefitted from. I would absolutely recommend Beth's class to anyone looking to experience yoga and its positive mental health benefits.
Beth transformed the way I think about yoga - I was always hesitant to try as am not naturally flexible! But Beth explains that breath work and the mind is the most important thing, along with safe, correct movements that suited my body. If I couldn’t do a pose she would explain how one can be modified, still achieving the same benefits! Her style of teaching is very inclusive and focused to make sure you can take good habits away with you.
Beth is a great yoga teacher. I leave her class feeling physically and mentally relaxed. She gives great tips (big and small) that make a huge difference. I’ve learnt a lot about yoga and breath work and it makes the class really interesting as well as a great workout. Thanks, Beth!
As a beginner in yoga, I found Beth's classes welcoming, engaging, and instructive. She guided us through a range of movements, tailoring them to match our individual needs whilst creating a space for connection with our minds and bodies which was much welcomed. She made me feel at ease and tailored my class to match my experience level making me feel at home and part of the group. An excellent teacher will definitely be going back and continuing my yoga journey.
I really enjoyed my class with Beth. As someone with a good amount of yoga experience, I loved the time that was taken to reconnect to different parts of the body which I’ve found a lot of other instructors rush through. She encourages you to drop your ego and really listen to yourself. I feel revitalised and refreshed and can’t wait for my next session.
I think Beth carried the class beautifully, with calm and clear instructions that took you through a peaceful journey. The class was nicely balanced from relaxing breath work, to the slightly more challenging poses. I felt my body loosen up and also as I had been through a workout.
I really loved how Beth spent time on each person and gave an alternative pose or useful tip they could try if they were struggling. This really made everyone feel equal and that the class wasn’t just catered for the more advanced.
I think ultimately for someone like myself that hasn’t done much yoga before…I felt like I actually learnt something from Beth’s class. Rather than just taking directions, there was a level of beats and repetitions in her routine that really stuck with me. It also gave me confidence that yoga was something for me and that I could maybe continue to practice it in the future. I would highly recommend Beth’s Yoga class and I can’t wait to do more!Beths positive and happy personality shines through
Her classes are so enjoyable I’d recommend anyone give them a tryBeth is an excellent yoga teacher. She always explains how to do different positions in detail and gears the class for new starters which has been missing from most other classes I’ve been to. She is really sensitive to what ability is in the room and makes sure everyone is doing the positions safely (especially those with tight hamstrings like myself haha). Beth is also very clear in her explanations. I like that she includes some breathing meditation as this helps to emphasise the importance of the focus on the breath in yoga which I think some people don’t realise. Would highly recommend her as a yoga teacher!
Beth is an extremely attentive and encouraging yoga teacher to learn from. As a beginner (who’s often impatient), she makes the classes both fun and informative for me. From learning to harness the breath to creating flows which have improved my flexibility, Beth has been a wonderful guide on my yoga journey. Thanks Beth!
