About Mireia
I am a Journalist and I have been practicing Yoga for more than six years. I was certified in India as a Vinyasa and Ashtanga teacher. My classes are adapted to each person and it is always taken into account if there is any type of ailment. After all, Yoga teaches us to have body awareness and to take care of ourselves inside and out. In addition, I also do different types of meditation to calm the mind.

My classes may vary depending on the person doing the class. I always keep in mind if the person has any kind of pain or bodily problem and I adapt the class to it. I start the class with breathing techniques and then we warm up and start some sequences, ending with meditation or relaxation. My sessions are for an hour or an hour and a quarter.
